Disco Pendulum Dance Party

2025

'Disco Pendulum Dance Party’ combines many of my favorite sculptural elements in one fun piece! Featuring disco balls, mirrors, lights and pendulums, this piece is designed to grab the attention of viewers within the gallery and entice them into the role of participants. DPDP offers 2 simple ways to participate in the artwork, allowing people to influence the pendulums as well as manipulate the position of the light. The interplay of these elements create dancing projections of light and shadow across the gallery… I hope that people have fun playing with the piece while trying to create unique and dazzling effects unique to each participant.
